Return & Exchange Policy
Our ultimate goal is to provide you with world class customer service and delectable finds for the muffin in your life. Unfortunately, there might come a time when you are not satisfied, in that case please follow the directions below when returning/exchanging an item:
Step 1: Notify us via email at email@example.com include order number in subject line within 15 days of purchase. If notified after 15 days but before 30 days of purchase, customer will receive store credit if all other criterion below has been met. We do not accept Exchanges after 30 days.
Step 2: Ensure merchandise is in its original condition unaltered, unwashed, unworn and all tags (if any) are on garment
Step 3: Drop off at your preferred mailing carrier, we recommend insuring & tracing as we are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during the return process.
Step 4: Upon receipt and inspection of merchandise we will process your return/exchange within 24hrs and send exchanged items or return all monies excluding shipping within 48hrs. All shipping cost are the customers responsibility therefore, shipping cannot be refunded.
All Sale Items are Final.
Terms of Business (You will be required to agree to the terms before your sale will be processed): Sale items are final sale. Additional discounts cannot be combined with sale items. In general, sale items are exclusive to only in-stock merchandise.
